This is a seven week Introduction to Padel for Adults
Over the seven weeks you'll learn the core basics of serving, volleying, groundstrokes, the illusive taking shots off the glass and general match play.
Available to members and non-members.
The group Padel sessions are a great way to meet other like minded people of a similar playing level. You will improve your technique, learn to play matches, develop your singles and doubles game play, whilst keeping fit and healthy.
We welcome new members and you can join our Tennis England Club at any time.
