Tag Rugby is a fantastic action sport.
Rugby is an energy intensive game that requires both physical and mental fitness, coupled with hand eye and foot eye coordination.
Our coaches at ESG work on all technical skills including; ball handling, ball passing, kicking the ball and running with the ball.
Coaching sessions aim to provide an introduction to the game of rugby through tag rugby, educating kids in an exciting and interactive environment, with fun games and a team ethos at the core.
All our coaches have enhanced DBS checks.
