Our Dodgeball Classes are a great way to let off steam before a day at school.
Dodgeball is great at any age and increases aerobic capabilities and improves fitness while having fun. It boosts mental health and is great way to socialise with friends in a school environment where they have familiar surroundings and feel safe.
We work on ball skills, balance, dodge skills and have lots of games. We mix it up a bit to keep the session engaging and fun.
Our coaches love this high energy sport, and we often get a few tunes on as we dodge those balls.
All our coaches have enhanced DBS checks.
