Our Basketball classes are great way to introduce your child to this fantastic sport.
Basketball is great at any age and increases aerobic capabilities and improves fitness while having fun. It boosts mental health and is great way to socialise with friends in a school environment where they have familiar surroundings and feel safe.
We work on ball skills, balance, throwing technique and the basics of the sport. We include great games and activities to keep the session engaging and fun.
All our coaches have enhanced DBS checks.
