Our Gymnastics Classes are a great way to introduce your child to the wonderful sport of Gymnastics
Gymnastics is great at any age and increases aerobic capabilities and improves flexability while having fun. It boosts mental health and is great way to socialise with friends in a school environment where they have familiar surroundings and feel safe.
We work with equipment available at the school including warm up and cool down routines, mats, trampette's ribbons, balls and beams.
We include great games and activities to keep the session engaging and fun.
If you find your child has a passion for Gymnastics we would recommend moving onto one of our Club Programmes. This helps develop your childs passion with top notch Club facilities and equipment, as well as focused coaching for your child with some of our best gymnastics coaches, to help them improve quicker.
