Tennis Performance Camp
Camp Time 10.00am-4.00pm
Tennis Performance Camp is designed for players who seek high performance experience with personalised high intensity training.
The Performance Camp is a segment taken from our termly squads programme and includes specific work on all 4 areas of sports training: tactical, technical, physical and psychological. The Game-based approach will place players into commonly encountered tennis situations and they will learn as they play. Tactics and techniques will weave together.
The players will also improve their on-court performance by minimising the risk of injuries with tennis specific conditioning work and they will boost their mental strength with specific work on motivation, self-confidence, concentration and emotional control.
Tennis Performance Camps are available every half term and school holidays.
