This is a six week Introduction to Padel for Adults
Over the seven weeks you'll learn the core basics of serving, volleying, groundstrokes, the illusive taking shots off the glass and general match play.
Available to members and non-members.
The group Padel sessions are a great way to meet other like minded people of a similar playing level. You will improve your technique, learn to play matches, develop your singles and doubles game play, whilst keeping fit and healthy.
We appreciate that you may not be able to make every week of the term. If you are unable to attend due to illness or injury, we will be happy to offer up to a maximum of two credits per term once presented with a medical note. We are unable to provide a credit due to holiday/time away.
