Our Tennis Classes are a great way to introduce your child to the fantastic sport of Tennis.
Tennis is great at any age and increases aerobic capabilities and improves fitness while having fun. It boosts mental health and is great way to socialise with friends in a school environment where they have familiar surroundings and feel safe.
We work on ball skills, balance, racket technique and the basics of the sport. We include great games and activities to keep the session engaging and fun.
If you find your child has a passion for Tennis we would recommend moving onto one of our Club Programmes. This helps develop your childs passion with top notch Club facilities and courts as well as focused coaching for your child with some of our best tennis coaches, to help them improve quicker.
It is mandatory for all children to attend each session wearing a sports kit and trainers to participate in our afterschool clubs.
