Are you hooked on padel and eager to sharpen your skills? Our 11-week Adult Padel Coaching Course is designed for players who want to elevate their game, build confidence on court, and enjoy training in a fun, social environment. Open to both members and non-members, this programme offers structured, progressive coaching to help you see real improvement.
What You’ll Learn
Across the 11 weeks, our experienced coaches will guide you through the key elements of effective padel play, including:
Smart positioning and movement
Consistent volleys, bandejas, and overheads
Improving control and power on groundstrokes
Tactical shot selection and point construction
Effective use of the walls
Matchplay strategies to help you win more points
Whether you’re aiming for better technique, smarter tactics, or more confidence in match situations, this course gives you the tools to advance your game.
We appreciate that you may not be able to make every week of the term. If you are unable to attend due to illness or injury, we will be happy to offer up to a maximum of two credits per term once presented with a medical note. We are unable to provide a credit due to holiday/time away.
