Take Your Tennis to the Next Level – Join Our 6-Week Adult Improver Programme

If you're looking to build confidence, strengthen your technique, and take the next step in your tennis journey, our 6-week Adult Improver Programme is designed to help you progress with purpose.

This programme delivers focused coaching in a supportive and motivating environment—ideal for players who understand the basics and want structured sessions to improve consistency, technique, and matchplay skills.

What You’ll Work On

Across the 6 weeks, our coaching team will guide players through key skill development, including:

• Improved movement, balance, and basic court positioning

• Consistent rallying and developing reliable shot patterns

• Forehand and backhand technique refinement

• Building effective serving and returning fundamentals

• Understanding simple tactics for point construction

• Coordination, footwork, and reaction drills to support overall play

• Matchplay-based exercises to build confidence during friendly competition

Sessions combine technical development with fun, game-based drills to ensure steady and enjoyable progression.

About Our Tennis England Club Programme

Our Tennis England Club Programme supports adults who want to improve their game in a structured and friendly coaching environment.

Participants in the programme can independently choose to join as club members if they wish to access:

• Tennis courts

• Padel courts

• Pickleball courts

Please note: Membership is not included in the programme fee. Players are welcome to join separately to enjoy additional court time and support their practice outside of coached sessions.

Our Facilities Include:

• 9 tennis courts, including 4 floodlit courts

• 4 padel courts

• 2 pickleball courts

Our coaching team specialises in adult player development, ensuring every session is clear, supportive, and tailored to help you build confidence and progress effectively at the Improver level.
