Netball is a great way to keep you in good health, improve cardio and boost stamina. Kids get to exercise without really noticing.
Netball also teaches life skills like accountability, leadership and positive sportsmanship.
Our relaxed and enagaging netball class teaches ball handling skills, drills and of course playying the game. Suitable for all abilities.
