This programme is by invite only and exclusively for women.

Across the four weeks, our experienced coaches will guide you through a range of progressive padel skills, including:
Effective positioning and efficient movement
Strong, reliable serving
Quality volleys, bandejas, and overheads
Increased power and control on groundstrokes
Confident use of the glass in both attack and defence
Tactical shot selection and intelligent point construction
Matchplay scenarios to help you compete with greater consistency
This programme is ideal for players looking to sharpen technique, enhance tactical awareness, and bring more confidence and structure to their matchplay.
