Our Dodgeball Classes are a great way to let off steam after a day at school.
Dodgeball is great at any age. It increases aerobic capabilities and improves fitness, while having fun. It boosts mental health and is a great way to socialise with friends in a school environment where children are in familiar surroundings and feel safe.
We work on ball skills, balance, dodge skills and include lots of games. We mix it up a bit to keep the sessions engaging and fun.
Our coaches love this high energy sport, and we often get a few tunes on as we dodge those balls.
All our coaches have enhanced DBS checks.
