- Description
Our tennis and pickleball classes offer a fantastic introduction to these exciting sports, making them perfect for children of all ages. Tennis and pickleball are not only fun and engaging activities but are also an excellent way to improve overall fitness, increase aerobic capacity and develop coordination. Playing tennis and pickleball helps boost mental well-being and encourages social interaction in a supportive environment where children feel safe and comfortable.
During the sessions, children will work on developing vital skills such as ball control, balance, racket handling and the fundamental rules of both games. To keep the experience lively and enjoyable, we incorporate interactive games and activities designed to make learning fun. For those with a passion for tennis, we recommend progressing to our Club Programmes. These programs offer access to top-tier facilities, dedicated coaching and opportunities to refine skills alongside other motivated players.
Participation requires children to wear appropriate sports attire and trainers. Our Tennis Club Programmes are hosted at wonderful venues including Tennis England Club at Imber Court in East Molesey and Bushy Park Tennis Club in Teddington. All our tennis coaches have enhanced DBS clearance, ensuring a safe and professional environment for every participant. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to take their game to the next level, our tennis programmes provide a supportive and engaging way to enjoy this dynamic sport.
