Our classes are a great way to introduce your child to the wonderful sport of gymnastics.
Gymnastics is great at any age. It increases aerobic capability and improves flexibility, while having fun. It boosts mental health and is a great way to socialise with friends in a school environment where children are in familiar surroundings and feel safe.
We work with equipment available at the school and include warm up and cool down routines, mat work, trampettes, ribbons, balls and beams.
We include great games and activities to keep the session engaging and fun.
If you find your child has a passion for gymnastics, we would recommend moving onto one of our Club Programmes. These help develop your child's passion with top notch club facilities and equipment, as well as focused coaching for your child with some of our best gymnastics coaches, to help them improve quicker.
