Take Your First Steps in Tennis – Join Our 11-Week Red Ball Programme!
Our Junior 10-Week Red Ball Programme is the perfect introduction to tennis for children aged 5–7. Designed to build confidence and fundamental skills, this programme helps young players learn to serve, rally, and score in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
Our Tennis England Club – Red Ball Programme provides the ideal starting point for juniors beginning their tennis journey. Over 10 weeks, our experienced coaches will support children as they develop essential skills, including:
Improving coordination, balance, and speed
Learning basic tennis shots in a fun and accessible way
Developing the ability to serve, rally, and score
Understanding movement before and after hitting the ball
Introduction to relaxed, friendly competition
Sessions are delivered using smaller courts, softer balls, and age-appropriate equipment to ensure every child can learn and enjoy the game at their own pace.
Tennis is a fantastic sport for young children, helping to develop agility, coordination, and confidence. It’s also a great way to make friends, stay active, and build a lifelong love of sport.
We look forward to welcoming your child into our junior red ball tennis community and supporting their development throughout this exciting programme!
