Camp Time: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Our Tennis Performance Camp is perfect for ambitious players who want to develop their game in a fun, challenging and supportive environment.
Designed around key elements of our term-time performance programme, each session combines high-quality coaching with engaging, game-based learning. Players will work on all aspects of tennis performance, including technical skills, tactical awareness, physical development and mental resilience.
Through realistic match situations and competitive drills, players will learn how to make better decisions, improve their shot selection and gain confidence under pressure. By learning through play, tactics and technique naturally come together to help players perform more effectively on court.
The camp also includes tennis-specific movement and conditioning exercises to improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. Alongside this, players will develop important mental skills such as focus, self-confidence, motivation and emotional control—essential qualities for success in both training and competition.
Whether you're preparing for tournaments or simply looking to take your game to the next level, the Tennis Performance Camp provides an excellent opportunity to learn, compete and improve.
